RCT Tagger: Automated RCT tagger for identifying human randomized controlled clinical trial articles
Aggregator: Clustering together RCT articles predicted to arise from the same underlying clinical trial

Multi-Tagger: Predictive scores for 50 publication types and study designs for PubMed-indexed articles
Human-related Tagger: Automated tagger for identifying human-related articles
Deduplicator: Deduplication of article records from bibliographic databases
Trials to Publications: For a given registered clinical trial in ClinicalTrials.gov, finds articles most
likely to present trial outcome results for that trial
