Finding Case Report Nuggets

This tool allows users to enter any PubMed query and retrieve a set of articles, among which the case reports are identified, and processed to find nuggets, consisting of more than one case report, that share the same or closely related main findings. These nuggets are hotlinked for export to our sister tool Anne O’Tate where they can be mined to characterize them further, and to identify additional related articles using the Expand button.
